Our company has experience in program management, working with the requirements of municipal, state and federally funded projects. All services are performed in accordance with the regulations and standards of the acquiring agency and the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended, and the URA regulations that were last updated in February of 2005. The staff members have a working knowledge of Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 24, and the State of California rules and regulations.
