LACAL values the importance of planning and implementation in the relocation process for public and private projects. The emphasis is on providing excellent client service and on treating the individuals who are affected by the project with courtesy and respect. Our company has experience in program management, working with the requirements of municipal, state and federally funded projects. All services are performed in accordance with the regulations and standards of the acquiring agency and the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended, and the URA regulations that were last updated in February of 2005. The staff members have a working knowledge of Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 24, and the State of California rules and regulations.

• Experienced in drafting vendor contracts in accordance with client’s policies
• Complete familiarity with state and federal relocation and inspection guidelines including FHWA, FAA, HUD, CDBG, HOME and MAP 2020 programs.
• Over 200 successful redevelopment, housing and transportation projects, involving both eminent domain and voluntary relocations.
• Consistent on-time, on-budget performance in both large and small scale residential tenant, homeowner, commercial, industrial and mobile home park cases.
• Services to over 50 Redevelopment Agencies, Cities, Housing Authorities, School Districts and other public agencies and private sector clients.
• Active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
• SBE/DBE certified by Los Angeles County Metro.
